William Mangelluzzi
William Mangelluzzi is the Consultant on staff for All Disaster Services located in Euclid, Ohio. Mr. Mangelluzzi is a General Contractor, Certified Mold Specialist, Certified Water Loss and Fire Professional, and Certified Disaster Restorer. As founding partner of former Advanced Disaster Solutions, in 2005 Mr. Mangelluzzi established and registered JACTM, Inc. dba All Disaster Services as a corporation chartered in the State of Ohio. With this new formation, JACTM, Inc. dba All Disaster Services began its full service line providing cleaning, construction and consulting for all types of disasters. All Disaster Services is dedicated to industry professionalism and the highest standard of client care. Mr. Mangelluzzi has over 20 years of construction experience in all aspects of disaster damages and insurance claims. Mr. Mangelluzzi is subrogation certified, is a water and fire restoration technician, and OSHA Lead Renovator certified. Additionally he has authored various articles and educational tools related to the cleaning and restoration industry. Mr. Mangelluzzi is certified by the State of Ohio to teach continuing education classes to insurance agents. Mr. Mangelluzzi provides consulting services for Damage & Disaster Consultants to various insurance companies, policy holders and other restoration companies.'

Jeremy Seeds - Production Manager/Safety Director
Jeremy has been serving the Greater Cleveland construction industry for the last 18 years. He is a Certified Lead Abatement Contractor with current RRP Certification, and is OSHA Certified. He is experienced in commercial, residential and industrial estimating as well as management of large scale commercial projects. Jeremy supervises the ADS team, coordinating all projects and serves as the liaison between homeowner and insurance company. His qualifications also include extensive experience with software ranging from Microsoft Office to BidBuilder estimating program. Jeremy has the proven ability to effectively communicate with all levels of project managers, subcontractors, crews, customers, and insurance companies to ensure that projects are completed in a timely fashion and to the satisfaction of all involved.
William Borich-Cleaning/Contents Manager
Bill is certified in fire restoration, cleaning and deodorization, water loss, and mold. He has over 20 years in the Restoration Industry, and over 10 years dedicated to William Mangelluzzi and ADS. He also has experience with other trades of the business, specifically painting, tear out, and spray out. Bill has the responsibility of contents pack outs and contents cleaning, which are the beginning and final procedures of restoration work. He has a unique ability to place himself in the customer’s position so as to approach each situation or problem objectively, empathetically, compassionately, and with the utmost care.
Mitchell Philstead - Supervisor
Mitch has been with All Disaster Services for five years. MItch is certified in cleaning and construction. He is a water restoration and fire restoration technician and has the responsiblity of being the first responder from ADS in an emergency situation. He is also subrogration certified as well as OSHA Lead Renovator certified.
Valerie Fleming-Office Manager
Valerie has been with All Disaster Services for over five years. She comes to ADS with a large accounting background and handles all of the AP/AR for ADS as well as handling all of the human resources aspects that our company needs.

Laurie is wife to the owner William Mangelluzzi. She is very energetic and a great spokesperson. She markets ADS with personal knowledge of what jobs we have done as well as what it has taken to build ADS. laurie@alldisasters.com.
